- Bourbon2 oz
- Demerara syrup1 tsp
- Angostura bitters2 dashes
Garnish: Expressed orange peel
Method

Add syrup and bitters to a mixing glass.

Pour in the bourbon and add ice.

Stir until the glass is cold, about 20 seconds.

Strain over one large cube in a rocks glass.

Express an orange peel over the drink and rest it on the rim.
